Location

Our corporate offices, main warehouse, and production facilities are in Fenton, MO, about 20 miles southwest of St. Louis. We also maintain factory warehouses in Los Angeles, CA and Newark, NJ.

Annual Merit-Based Salary Reviews
AMS does not utilize fixed salary scales. Employees are reviewed at least once per year and their salary is adjusted based strictly on performance.

Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
AMS pays over 75% of medical insurance costs for all employees and their dependents. Our current coverage is the best plan available on the market today. It includes provisions for prescriptions, emergency room, hospitalization, preventive care, and eye care. Dental, vision, and life insurance are additional benefits provided to employees at no cost.

401(k) Plan
The AMS 401(k) plan is designed to help employees plan for retirement. Employees become eligible after one year of service and may contribute up to 15% of their pre-tax earnings to the plan. AMS will match contributions based on a pre-determined formula. Rollovers from a previous employer are accepted.

Sick Leave, Vacations and Holidays
Employees are able to accrue time off for personal illness and vacation. AMS celebrates several paid holidays throughout the year.

AMS offers additional benefits including tuition assistance, matching charitable contributions, company loans, and events including a chili cookoff, company picnic, pumpkin carving contest, Thanksgiving luncheon, Christmas dinner and party, and celebrations for birthdays and anniversaries.
